• Mobile Kommunikationsgeräte wie Smartphones spielen eine wichtige Rolle für die Effizienzsteigerung, Verdichtung und Subjektivierung von Arbeit. Sie entgrenzen vielfach und haben Einfluss auf die Arbeitsorganisation wie auf Erschöpfung und Erholung. Gesetzliche Regelungen werden in Organisationen nicht umgesetzt oder passen nicht. Organisationen fällt es schwer, selbst Regelungen zu finden, weil zahlreiche Widersprüche bestehen. Dennoch ist es für Organisationen sowohl unter Wettbewerbsaspekten wie in Fragen der Betrieblichen Gesundheitsförderung ratsam, Klärungsprozesse zu Erreichbarkeitszeiten durchzuführen. Beratung kann Aushandlungsprozesse unterstützen.
• Mobile communication devices like smart phones are keystones for improving efficiency, compacting and subjectifying work.
