• Junge Menschen of Color sind von Kriminalisierung betroffen. Dieser Artikel widmet sich der Frage, wie die Soziale Arbeit im Kontext institutioneller Fremdunterbringung durch die Ubiquität von nationalen Grenzen und durch Polizeipraktiken gerahmt wird. Es wird empirisch nachgezeichnet, dass Racial Profiling sich über ritualhafte Wiederholungen manifestiert. Es zeigt sich, dass der formale Charakter der sog. gefährlichen, als kriminogen klassifizierten Orte über informelle Polizeipraktiken auf Organisationen der Jugendhilfe übertragen wird.
• Young people of color are affected by criminalization. This article addresses the question of how social work in the context of institutionalized out-of-home placement is framed by the ubiquity of national borders and police practices. It empirically traces that racial profiling manifests itself through ritualistic repetition. It is shown that the formal character of so-called dangerous places classified as criminogenic is transferred to youth-serving organizations through informal police practices.
• Les jeunes de couleur sont touchés par la criminalisation. Cet article se penche sur la question de savoir comment le travail social dans le contexte du placement institutionnel est encadré par l’ubiquité des frontières nationales et par les pratiques policières. Il montre empiriquement que le profilage racial se manifeste par des répétitions rituelles. Il s’avère que le caractère formel des lieux dits dangereux, classés comme criminogènes, est transféré aux organisations d’aide à la jeunesse par le biais de pratiques policières informelles.
