N2  - Mobile Kommunikationsgeräte wie Smartphones revolutionieren unseren (Arbeits-)Alltag. Realität und Virtualität verschmelzen, und das Begriffspaar drückt keinen Gegensatz mehr aus. Sogenannte virtuelle Teams sind weit verbreitet und bisher überwiegend in Hinblick auf Führungsthematiken bearbeitet. Gruppen, die computergestützt kommunizieren, existieren aber inzwischen in allen Lebensbereichen. Damit überträgt sich das „Hier und Jetzt“-Prinzip der Gruppendynamik in die computervermittelte Kommunikationswelt. Diese Verlagerung ist auch 
unter gruppendynamischen Aspekten weiter zu erforschen.
N2  - Mobile communications devices like smart phones are revolting our daily lifes and working conditions. Reality and virtuality merge, and there is no longer a constrast. So called virtual teams are widely spread and up to now researched mostly under leadership aspects. Groups communicating by computational mediation are meanwhile existing in nearly every area of life. Thereby the principle of here-andnow of group dynamics is transferred into this computer mediated communication (CMC). This transfer should be researched further under aspects of group dynamics.
